Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of Devapatha products and services, including DevaPatha Manager, DevaPatha Devotee, the Devapatha website, and related support services.

Temple administrators are responsible for account access, staff permissions, pricing accuracy, offering details, receipt handling, and the correctness of information published through their temple account.

Devapatha provides software tools and operational infrastructure. Temple rituals, fulfilment, refunds, cancellations, and devotee service commitments remain the responsibility of the respective temple unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Devapatha may suspend or restrict access when required for security, legal compliance, unpaid dues, or serious misuse.
